How We Test
Wherever practical, our writers use products directly rather than relying solely on vendor-supplied specifications or press materials. This includes running VPN speed and DNS-leak tests from multiple physical locations, benchmarking games and hardware under controlled conditions, and putting AI and software tools through realistic, task-based workflows. Where hands-on testing is not possible for a given article, we disclose this and rely on verifiable public documentation, official vendor communications, and cross-referenced third-party reporting.
How We’re Funded
Depplo is primarily funded through affiliate/referral commissions and, on select pages, direct advertising.
